The RESUME project established by the ecu Commission.

The RESUME project aims at enhancing and reinforcing the role and potential of upper Education establishments within the development of employability within the Mediterranean countries.

For that purpose and per one in every of the four priority actions established by the ecu Commission, the OECD and ETF, the project pursued the institution of a platform for the identification and exchange of best practices fostering employability.

The aim of this work is double: on the one hand gap dialogue and cooperation between totally different stakeholders (HEIs, enterprises and politicians), on the opposite hand supporting a mutual learning strengthening the competences of the HEIs workers facing the challenge of skyrocketing graduates’ employability.

Over three years the RESUME partners collected concerning three hundred sensible practices regarding young graduates’ employability and additional precisely concerning seven specific topics, which are:

« Best practices at national, regional and native policy aiming at promoting employment and entrepreneurship »
« Education, coaching and quality : the way to develop young entrepreneurs »
« Innovation and Entrepreneurship »
« Employability of Ph.D. students »
« Innovation and digital: What leadership for women? »
« Rethink education, what competences for the roles of tomorrow? »
7 conferences were so unionized targeted on these subjects in urban center, Rabat, Sousse, Beirut, Marseilles, urban center and Safaqis so as to gift the most effective practices hand-picked among the three hundred that were collected.
